don't know... just a few brush and then change the hue with Gradient tool,wouldn't cost too much time in drawing the sky after all.

hmm, then you'll need to rearrange that part to match with other parts of the pic, and that'll take a lot of time...(otherwise the pic will just not look natural.)

OwO there is still some filters in PS can do that, but not really natural, still need to do further alteration on it...
